• Tropical, warm & humid with an average temperature ranging from 77° F to 84° F year round. Water temperature ranges from 78° F in winter to 84° F in summer.

• Mexican Desert with aquifers from surrounding mountains resulting in lush vegetation. Beach front or right off the beach.
  
  Playa Agave Azul it located in the town of El Pescadero, BCS Mexico.  The terrain is lush because of the run off from the neighboring mountain range.  Although the Baja is mostly desert, this area is well know for it’s vegetation, and supplies organic produce to neighboring town, and also to Southern California.  El Pescadero is approximately 30 miles from Cabo San Lucas and 8 miles from Todas Santos, home of the famous Hotel California restaurant, art galleries and quaint B & B’s.
  
  Our Cerritos Beach project is located on the the only swimable beach on the Pacific Ocean side of BCS.  Located right on the bluff overlooking the ocean, our project is half a mile from the location of the Beach Club currently under construction.
