Houses, timeshares, fractional inventory is also scarce and extremely expensive. Growth of the area is explosive. In Cabo a Home Depot and Costco were just opened. The 4 lane highway from San Jose Del Cabo to Cabo San Lucas is being extended from Cabo to La Paz. Tequila Ranch is a themed development and the creative idea of one of Cabo San Lucas’ premier developers.
