Playa Agave Azul is the vision of one of Cabo’s premier developers.  A destination resort that will feature a Tequila Distillery built in the likeness of the original Jose Cuervo Distillery.  Featuring tours twice a week, the Tequila Tasting Room will be a must visit for those vacationing in Los Cabos.  The property will also feature an exclusive restaurant featuring organic produce grown onsite.  The 50 acre community is surrounded by an 8 foot granite wall that provides beauty and security.  Approximately 60 homes will be built in this exclusive community. Playa Agave Azul Estates is a community within this community.  A total of 15 Villas will be built inside Playa Agave Azul Estates and will be sold as one month fractional ownership. 

Cerritos Beach

If you are a surfer or are familiar with the Cabo San Lucas area you no doubt have heard of Los Cerritos Beach.  The only swimable beach on the Pacific Coast of Baja California Sur, it is the location for our 60 condo project.  We are building a three building, 60 unit condo project that will include a gorgeous 50 meter infinity pool, Palapa Restaurant and Bar right on the beach at Los Cerritos.
