William Harlan Mattox

As a lifetime entrepreneur Will Mattox has developed and owned many businesses but now devotes most of his time to real estate related business and his family.  Will began a very successful pottery business after graduation from college at Northern Arizona University in the early 1970's.  Will and his wife Virginia moved that business to Oregon in 1971 and managed it's growth until 1997 when Will retired for the first time.  Three months later Will came out of retirement to become a business and investment coach after completing National Certification with the Coaches Training Institute.  He continues to coach one day each week with clients world wide.

Will's passion is creative real estate which has taken him from single family house deals of every type to commercial design, construction, and management to land subdivision in the North West, U.S. and in Mexico.  He is currently involved in multiple projects on both sides of the border and continues to enjoy the challenge of putting the deal together so everyone wins.

Will and Virginia split their time between their homes in Bucerias, Mexico and Eugene, Oregon where they are currently selling their home of 33 years in rural Eugene and moving to Portland to be closer to their 3 children and 2 grand-children.  Life is good!

Janet Kressler Fish

Janet began her career as a corporate trainer for IBM. She spent 25 years in the high tech industry with small and large companies. She has held high level executive positions for companies such as: IBM, Arbor/Hyperion, Business Objects and SAP.

Janet started her own company, Breakaway Enterprises LLC in January 2005 and is engaged in land development in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Leaving the Corporate world behind and never looking back, Janet has a broad real estate portfolio that includes single family homes, mulit-unit, commercial and land. Her focus and passion is international real estate. Janet is also a coach for LiveOutLoud, a company that helps people achieve their financial freedom.

Janet is an avid cyclist and when she is not in Mexico she can be found enjoying the ride, splitting her time between her homes in South Lake Tahoe, NV and Northern California.
